When You Hug Your Mom

When a mom gets a hug from her teen or adult child, it warms her soul.

It opens up a memory box of yesteryear taking her back to your childhood, when you sat upon her lap, when she comforted you after a scary dream or when she rocked you to sleep. If she holds you tighter, it’s her way of keeping those memories alive.

So, when you hug your mom, don’t be too quick to break the embrace. Let her hold you just a little longer so she can relive those precious moments and hold onto them with her heart.
