What Would I Tell Myself at the Start of the Motherhood Journey?
Just 4 basic things…
Sleep. Get as much rest as you can, wherever and whenever you can!
Eat healthy foods. The right foods can help give you more energy!
Exercise. You may not have time to do long workouts! This one was a big one for me, prior to delivery I would exercise 45 minutes to an hours. Do not get tied into the amount of workout time-rather, GET MOVING!
Expect a wave of emotions! You are human, totally NORMAL!
