Is it me or does time seem to be pacing at lightening speed? MomE Club Family, we are nearing the halfway point of the year- let us check in on those New Years’ resolutions and that to do list? I do not know about you but my To Do Lists continues to get longer, I am consistently prioritizing family, mental wellness and peace over EVERYTHING and well the New Years Resolution I am 2 out of 5, can you guess which ones I have been the most consistent with?   1. Run daily

  2. Moderate sweet intake

  3. Try new foods

  4. Get more sleep

  5. Read more
