Prayers for Our Home

Moms, Moms 2 Be and Moms In Waiting! we have to cover our homes on a daily basis to not only preserve the integrity of our homes but also to ensure that when our children and spouses leave us- they are covered until our Eagle wings can cover them again!

Monday “Lord, may the walls of our home echo with laughter, joy, and the sound of unity, as we strive to cultivate an environment of love and acceptance for each member of our blended family”. (Romans 15:5)

Tuesday “Lord, we pray for a hedge of angelic protection to encircle our home, creating a formidable defense against any spiritual attacks and ensuring the well-being of each member of our blended family”. (2 Thessalonians 3:3)

Wednesday “God, fill our home with the fruits of the Spirit- love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self- control. Make our home a reflection of Your character”. (Galatians 5:22-23)

Thursday “Lord, infuse the very structure of our home with your unfailing love. Help us to build foundation of understanding and patience as we navigate the unique dynamics of blending two families together”. (James 1:5)

Friday “God, we ask for divine discernment to cover our home, granting us the wisdom to recognize and resist any influences that may threaten the unity and harmony of our blended family”. (Ephesians 6:12)

Saturday “Heavenly Father, let the foundation of our home be built upon You as our Rock and Refuge, a fortress where we can find shelter from life’s storms, and where Your peace reigns supreme”. (Psalm 18:2)

Sunday “God, we consecrate our home to You. Let Your Spirit hover over every room, guiding our blended family to create a space that glorifies and honors You in all aspects of our lives.” (Joshua 24:15)
