Raise your hand if you are guilty! Well, with no shame, I extend my hand damn near to the sky. I believe to some degree I have always been a worrier- innately insticted by requests to please people BUT MomE Club Family now that I am a Mother- that worry thing is on a whole new level! I am consciously working daily to align with this quote- deep breathes, exercising and making intentional opportunities to connect and talk through those worry filled moments. There is no job that is more challenging with greater reward than being a Mother [PERIODT].
