Cures for Different Types of Headaches

During my scroll of Instagram, I came across this post and thought I should share! @legacycompressions

Forehead = Need more sleep

Top of Head = Need something to eat or drink [water] or both

Back of Head = Too much stress [STOP STRESSING MOMS, MOMS 2 BE AND MOMS IN WAITING -Matthew 6]

Face = Sinus headache, need medicine or exercise

Tight Runner Band = tension headache, get away from the screen and take a hot shower

Pain around one eye =cluster headache, immediately go to the Doctor
