Why it’s better to have intercourse before ovulation instead of after,

  • Sperm lives in genital tract 2-5 days

  • The egg is only viable 12-24 hours after ovulation

Thus, having intercourse before ovulation can help increase your chances of pregnancy by having sperm ready and waiting for the egg!
