Postpartum Healing

I was recently asked how I dealt with postpartum healing after she reported I was always so “vibrant and full of life” after having my daughter. MomE Club Family not only do I love life- I am soOOo very in love with being a Mom. My vibrance was just a mirrored reflection of the two hearts combining.

For me the following was the most beneficial during the postpartum healing period:

  1. Staying in bed

  2. Asking for help

  3. Limiting visitors [our Princess was a COVID-19 baby so this one was not hard to do]

  4. Keeping my baby close
