Immunization Chart

I am not sure about you but immunizations are the hardest thing for me- when preparing for my daughter’s visits this chart was so beneficial- I trust it helps you equally the same.

Hepatitis B - birth, 1-2 months, then 6-18 months

Polio- at 2 and 4 monts, then at 6-18 months

DTaP- at 2, 4 and 6 months, then at 15-18 months

Rotavirus- at 2, 4 and 6 months

Hib- at 2. 4 and 6 months, then at 12-15 months

Influenza- 6 months, then annually

Hepatitis A - 12 -24 months

Pneumococcal - 12 -24 months

Varicella- 12 -15 months

MMR- 12-15 months

Did you know? Vaccine recommendations by the American Academy of Pediatrics change every year so be sure to ask your Pediatrician for the most current schedule. And a new one for me, many vaccines can be combined, so to reduce the total number of shots your baby receives.
